Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: The CouponImpact.com VISA Gift Card Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 AM CST on 1/1/2010 and ends at 5:00PM CST on 3/31/2010.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Minnesota, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry.) Military personnel and their dependents who are legal residents of the United States are eligible to participate regardless of their assignment. Employees, officers and directors of CouponImpact.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households of such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless CouponImpact.com, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER: LIMIT: One (1) entry per person. Subsequent entries from the same person or email address will be subject to disqualification. Any attempt by a person to enter more than twice with multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges during prizewinner verification. To enter the Promotion, you must enter your true and correct information in the Email Profile Preferences upon signing up for exclusive email coupons and offers. Enter the correct information in all the fields and click the “Save Profile Changes” button. THIS DATA MUST BE ACCURATE AS IT WILL DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF YOUR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, WILL BE USED AS PART OF THE PROMOTION SECURITY AND FOR PRIZE DELIVERY. IF INACCURATE INFORMATION IS SUPPLIED (I.E., EMAIL ADDRESS IS INCORRECT AND/OR RETURNED OR IF THE PRIZE NOTIFICATION EMAIL MESSAGE IS RETURNED TO SPONSOR OR ITS AGENTS AS UNDELIVERABLE), IT WILL RESULT IN YOUR DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE PROMOTION AND PREVENT THE PRIZE AWARDING. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM EST Receive Time on 3/31/2009. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

4. $50.00 VISA GIFT CARD DRAWING: A randomized drawing will be held after March 31st, 2010 from all eligible entries received. The Prize includes: $50.00 Visa Gift Card accepted anywhere the VISA logo is present. There will be a total of 1 prize awarded. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are nontransferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. CouponImpact.com will award prizes only upon winner verification and final approval. All prizes will be fulfilled within 6 to 8 weeks from date of winning notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for CouponImpact.com to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy. All decisions of the judges shall be binding and final. If the winning entrant of any prize cannot be contacted; if their email address is invalid or undeliverable; is ineligible; fails to claim the prize; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate will be selected.

5. WINNERS: The winner’s first name and city will be posted on http://couponimpact.com after winner has been notified and eligibility has been established.

6. DISQUALIFICATION: CouponImpact.com is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, CouponImpact.com reserves the right to terminate player’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion. In the event any portion of this promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of CouponImpact.com which, in the sole opinion of CouponImpact.com, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, CouponImpact.com reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion. CouponImpact.com is not responsible for any problem with a Promotion entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure. CouponImpact.com’s sole responsibility for any irregular Promotion entry is replacement with another entry. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide CouponImpact.com with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry.

7. CARD ACTIVATION INFORMATION: Any card activation fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. CouponImpact.com management reserves the right to alter, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions of management are final.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION: This promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of Minnesota in the U.S., exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of Minnesota. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the state of Minnesota and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the state of Minnesota.
